These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Career Beast Mode (the "Service"), a career-development platform operated by DGTeca LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Career Beast Mode," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, entering an invite code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Career Beast Mode provides self-assessment tools, a Beast Score and an AI Wage Gap diagnostic, planning frameworks, and AI-assisted coaching designed to help professionals adapt their careers to artificial intelligence. The Service provides general educational and informational content. It does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or individualized career or employment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you access the Service through an organizational cohort, you may be required to enter an invite code and password provided by the sponsoring organization; you agree not to share those credentials outside the authorized group. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate coaching responses and other content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and may not reflect current law, market conditions, or your employer's policies. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or acting on it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information you are not authorized to share.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (d) misuse invite codes or credentials; (e) upload malicious code; or (f) use the Service to develop a competing product. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including transmitting necessary inputs to our AI and infrastructure providers to generate responses. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, tools, frameworks, text, and design, is owned by Career Beast Mode and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for Your Content, no rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any outcome, score, salary change, or career result will be achieved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAREER BEAST MODE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Career Beast Mode and its operators from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your data from within the Service (Settings → Reset All Data, or Export Backup first). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
