A complete system for closing your AI wage gap: the growing pay and security divide between people who have made themselves AI-proof and people who have not. It diagnoses where you stand, then gives you the tools, coaching and learning to move, all in one place.
Mid-career professionals and leaders who are good at what they do and can feel the ground shifting under them. If you are accomplished but quietly worried that AI is making your role smaller, this was built for you. You do not need to be technical. That is the point.
Take the Beast Score assessment first. It is your baseline. From there the dashboard points you to the tool that will move your weakest area the most. If you want the full transformation, work the phases in order.
The first assessment takes about ten minutes. The program is built as a guided journey across six phases, but you set the pace. Most people see the most movement when they treat it as a steady weekly habit, not a one-time sprint.
Your overall progress across the entire system, from 0 to 100. It rises as you complete assessments and take real action in the tools. Think of it as your single headline number: the higher it climbs, the more AI-proof and well-positioned your career is.
They measure different things. The AI Wage Gap Score is your 20-question diagnostic across five dimensions, a snapshot of where you stand right now. The Beast Score reflects your progress across every tool over time. One is the diagnosis, the other is the trajectory.
Every diagnostic rolls up into five forces that decide your position:
Drag each slider to the number that honestly fits you. Every slider now shows a numbered scale underneath with the low, middle and high points marked, so you always know what each end means. Answer quickly and honestly. First instinct is usually the true one.
No. A low starting score is useful, not bad. It shows you exactly where your leverage is, the areas where a little work creates the biggest jump. The entire program exists to move those numbers.
Yes, any time, and you should, especially after you have made a real change. Retaking is how you prove progress and see your trajectory bend upward.
The tools are sequenced into phases that build on each other, from diagnosis, through repositioning and income, to integration and sustaining the change. You unlock the next phase as you complete the work, so you are never staring at fifty tools wondering where to click.
Same destination, different emphasis. The Operator track is for people growing their leverage and income inside an organization or a role: positioning, influence, executive presence, protecting income. The Founder track leans toward building something of your own: offers, pipeline, independent revenue. You pick the one that fits your next move, and you can change it.
No. The dashboard and the AI Coach steer you to the tools that matter most for your situation. The full set is there when you want to go deep, not as a checklist you are forced to grind through.
Career Assets is your vault. When you add your resume and LinkedIn profile, the rest of the app stops being generic and starts being about you: the AI Coach, the resume tools and the audits all read what you uploaded. It is the single biggest thing you can do to make your results personal.
On LinkedIn, open your own profile, click More, then Save to PDF, and upload that file in Career Assets. You can also paste the text directly. Either way, your headline, summary and experience become available to the tools.
On LinkedIn go to Settings, Data privacy, Get a copy of your data, and request Connections. LinkedIn emails you a CSV. Upload it in Contact Import and it feeds your Node Map, Networking Plan and Personal Board so those tools work from your real network.
Yes. Everything saves as you go, in your browser, and syncs to your account the moment you sign in. You can export a full backup or reset everything from Settings.
A coach that has actually read your file. It sees your Beast Score, your tool data and your Career Assets, so its answers are about your situation, not career advice in general. Ask it what to work on first, how to raise a specific dimension or how to use any tool.
Because it reasons from what it knows about you. The more of your real history is in Career Assets and the tools, the sharper and more specific the coaching gets. Start by uploading your resume and LinkedIn.

Yes, any time, from Settings. Export a complete backup or permanently delete your data. You are in control.
Career Beast Mode is the working system behind the book Closing the AI Wage Gap by Yuri Kruman, a three-time Chief HR Officer, advisor and executive coach who has worked with thousands of professionals and trained teams at some of the largest technology companies in the world. The tools turn the book's framework into something you actually do, not just read.
No. The app stands on its own. The book gives you the deeper why and the stories behind the method, and over time we are weaving the most useful pieces of it directly into the relevant tools.
Because most of them solve one slice: a resume, a course, a job board. The AI wage gap is not a resume problem. It is a position problem across five dimensions at once, and almost nothing on the market treats it as the connected system it actually is. That gap is exactly what this was built to close.
